Dance:

Dancing is an exercise that engages the entire body as well as the mind. Dancing is also an excellent way to improve physical fitness and it is one type of physical activity it is beneficial for our health.

Cycling:

 Cycling helps to stimulate and improve your heart, lungs, and circulation. Regular cycling helps to increase muscle strength and flexibility and also improves joint mobility and reduces the level of stress.

Yoga

Yoga is a good way to build muscle tone and strength and it improves strength, balance, and flexibility. Yoga is good for your health and it is very beneficial for us and it also improves mental health.

Tennis:

Tennis is an activity that works out your entire body. Tennis is a good sport and is physical activity to maintain your health, fitness, and strength. Tennis is an excellent cardiovascular exercise that improves muscular, strength and balance.

Hiking:

Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise and it is a natural exercise that promotes physical fitness. Hiking is cardiovascular, so it can provide great benefits to heart health and also improve blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
